Kline joins Cozad with 15 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in retail shopping center leasing, development, and property management. Prior to joining Cozad, Mr. Kline was the VP of Leasing for The Desco Group, Inc.

Kline has a BSBA in Business Administration and Management from the Daniels College of Business at The University of Denver and a Masters in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development from Saint Louis University.
