ST. LOUIS, MO – September 9, 2019 — Mission Taco Joint closed on the former Kirkwood Station Brewing in Kirkwood, MO on September 9, 2019. Mark Brennan of Cozad Commercial Real Estate, Ltd. represented the new tenant and Tom Weiler of Savoy Properties represented the landlord – Urban Green, LLC.
Located at 105 E. Jefferson, the 12,000-square-foot building will stand as Mission Taco’s fifth location in the St. Louis area. The new location boasts two bars, a large dining area, private event space, patio space, an arcade, a test kitchen, and even a tortilla production line.
