Matt Hirsch joined MD Real Estate Advisors in 2012 and has developed a market-niche in medical leasing assignments and investment sales. Prior to joining Cozad, Hirsch was a Senior Vice President at NAI Desco and Solon Gershman, where he established himself as the area’s foremost medical brokerage representative, dedicated to providing the Healthcare Industry with real estate solutions.
Michael Cozad has been involved in real estate since 2011 and has been identified as a prevailing partner to tenants in the market, representing both local and national based providers in their search for new facilities. Michael entered the commercial real estate industry after graduating from the University of Missouri-Columbia. His background includes an extensive track record in all sectors of commercial real estate.
